Keeping It Simple

Because I was traveling about ALOT, when home what I needed to make what I wanted wasn't there, or if it was, (and this is bad) I had to get it from the fridge and unwrap and cut and I knew I had to wrap and clean up; SO, I love to find Simple Solutions and I did. And it changed everything! I spent 1/2 a day using my vm machine,I made and froze (still had to vacuum seal & label later)a variety of fruits, fruit/veggies, power cube (my recipe) to last me for 6 mos to a year, depending how often I was home. It was much to simple. I find that Smoothies or Fruits are the best to start with, work up to sneaking a few baby spinach leaves (5-6 is plenty) or a small pinch of fresh alfalfa, or both. 1 oz of Cabbage. Blueberries or Mixed Berries makes pretty and enjoyable drinks. Do right for yourself, Take Your time, Just Be Consistent of intake. And MOST IMPORTANT Drink lots and lots of water. It takes very little foods to use, because of the vm machine. I don't know why some people use so much food. I guess we are use to eating alot to be satisfied; but nutrients work differently.
