Habits You Don't Fight to Loose Fall Away
When you feed your body your cells are happy and satisfied; hunger even goes away, like instantly! I have never stopped eating what I want. I was consistent with my smoothie intake though; In less than 2 wks, Sweets naturally were not accepted by my body. Besides my increased energy and need for less sleep, not wanting sweets! I found that a Healthy Body gets bossy. More and more foods I ate my body/mind (auto connect, one of the benefits of Health) said Naw, and I just passed on stuff. Are you wanting natural consistent energy, do you want your mood uplifted, how about, clearing your head, emotional balance; I can go on and on. Fruits Clean the Body, Veggies Build, Grains, Seeds Strengthen; I think those that begin to lessen the smoothie (fruit) intake, (when this happened to me I questioned. Ask and ye shall receive) is due to the fact that their body's cleansing needs needed to go to the next step. Total Rich Green drinks are great, but is your system ready for such a large intake, do you drink enough water ( 1/2 your weight in oz per day recommended as daily intake). Do YOU drink enough water? Nutrients are riding toxins and sludge and stuff; a moist body allows things to flow along their path and exit the body. See the whole picture. Live Nutrients into drying body (and that is what is happening to the blood cells, inner wall membranes be it tissue, organs, vessels), stressing the body to carry the sludge thru.
