The Human Condition
I joined a group on the web. This is my second attempt to blog. My first attempt was about weight loss and basically feeding to heal so body works together and weight drops (with exercise of course) and Health Happens, I do 2 Min's yoga in the am. its not much but when I don't do it I ache and the body stiffens, lower back pain or neck and headaches. I kick myself in the butt; come on its 2 Min's of time. AH much better. and much better for the day. Anyway, I knew I had typed more than allowed so I copy/paste and, OH my lands! 3 printed pages. I never did leave a post, and here I am today getting it done right and simple too. I like simple. When I was typing my thoughts, at times I recall a bit of attitude as the words typed out. Attitude as if you had to get in your friends face and say WAKE UP! I understand a Blog is exactly what I need. I must WAKE UP THE MULTITUDE to the Simple WAY to gain HEALTH.
